He felt that to work one side of the equation was the ethical thing to do, as opposed to brokerage firms that create numerous conflicts of interest by representing both landlords and tenants while also owning and or managing properties.
Every company has unique needs which usually do not align with the landlord’s. Keith was not comfortable with the potential conflict that was created by working both sides, and the resulting level of service that he could give, and so made the decision to make the company conflict free. He has completed over 4M square feet of transactions representing only tenants and users of space.
Keith is a co-founder and served six years as Member of the Board of ATR (Alliance of Tenant Representatives), the leading national organization of tenant rep firms that advise clients with leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real estate to their best advantage. He is concerned with sustainability and is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Associated Professional).
Keith graduated with honors from Bentley University with a BS in Business Management and an AS in Accounting, and has lived in Needham for over 28 years.
