He is one of Australia’s leading corporate property strategists, and his global corporate property knowledge and business acumen has seen him manage a large portfolio of international clients. Previous roles include GVA Grimley in Glasgow, Sydney and Melbourne, and national leadership of the Transaction Management Team, Global Corporate Services Division for CBRE.
Stuart founded ResolveXO in 2013 and maintains a thorough understanding of contemporary lease structures and tenancy requirements, and provides independent, trusted advice across all related corporate property issues including valuations, negotiations, property tax, acquisitions and disposals, and market trends across corporate, industrial and government sectors. He manages significant property portfolios for a variety of blue chip clients across commercial and industrial markets and has a strong following among the leading corporates in Australia and abroad. Stuart is also a Registered Valuer and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Nick Blakely (Industrial)
Nick has extensive experience in supply-chain dynamics, integrated logistics and industrial property from leading the business development team of a major third-party logistics provider and in his more recent role as a State Director, Advisory & Transactions with CBRE Asia Pacific.
He has significant operational and commercial expertise in acquisitions and the management of long-term national contracts as well as a thorough knowledge of industrial markets and a strong network of contacts within the industrial and supply chain industry. In his role as an Industrial Property Strategist, this unique combination allows Nick to navigate particularly complicated transactions and balance competing interests in a way that protects the relationships and reputations of all involved.
Nick is an intelligent operator with a keen understanding of the financial mechanics involved in structuring lease negotiations who provides his national clients with informed advice and detailed guidance in all aspects of tenant advocacy, including lease acquisition, disposal and negotiation, rent review and make-good obligations.
